Din’t get best in Math
I did’nt get ‘best in math’ …..wah wah wah (cries) wah………. .I alomost forgot that for SA1/CA1 math resulats I did’nt get full marks.
CA2 & SA2 Exames are over!
Hooray! 09 Exames are over! For Math I got 100%,English 99% and Chinse 96%! I think I will get ‘Best For Math’
Disappointed….
Guess what?
I got 2nd place in class (sigh….). I was very disappointed when I got the results but there is still CA2 and SA2 examination.
When I reached home, Mommy and Papa comforted me. They brought me for ice cream. I felt a bit better. My family will always cheer me up when I am sad.
I must work harder and try to be the 1st in class.

At Last Kong Kong House!
After SA1 I can finally rest ……….. but I almost forgot that I have not stay overnight at Kong Kong’s (my mother’s father) house for a long time. I decided to go to Kong Kong’s house.
When I reached his house (that was a condo) we played a game that I had made earlier.

After playing, we went to brush our teeth. Next Kong Kong told us stories. I always enjoy Kong Kong’s stories.
Before he could finish the last story, my little brother, Xiang went snoozing away.
Class Excursion
Yesterday, my class went for a learning journey to the Civil Defense Heritage Gallery. I had been looking forward to the trip. However, it was postponed due to H1N1. Fortunately, the H1N1 alert went from Orange to Yellow and the school decided to go ahead with the trip.
This is a fire engine in the past.
I felt excited when I woke up in the morning but the trip only took place in the late afternoon, after 5 periods of Chinese lessons and recess. During recess, the bus came. I panicked because I was still munching my chips so I gobbled my food up.
Next we queued up to board the bus. Unfortunately, I had to sit with Darren, whom was not my favourite classmate! Surprisingly, he behaved well during the journey.
When we reached our destination, we saw fire engines from the past and present. We even got to go inside the fire engine! I learned how dogs helped the firemen rescue people trapped under rubble. There were many interesting exhibits. My favourite was the one where I pressed a red button, turned the fire hydrant and water came spraying on our hands.
The trip was educational. Time passed with a blink of an eye. Soon, we had to leave. Each of us received a souvenier book. There were still many exhibits that I have not explore. I hoped to make another trip to the gallery in the near future.
When we reached school we were famished and tired. That night, I gobbled up my dinner as well.
Exams are over :)
I studied very hard during the examination. No computer games! No Nintendo DS! No Wii! No reading books! What a torture 
The SA1 examination is finally over! Yeah!
I am elated with my English results. I scored 100% for English. However, I felt disappointed with my Math Because I got 98%. I was hoping to get 100%. Chinese is my weakest subject. I had to work even harder for SA2.
Now the exams are over. I can play computer games, Wii, etc……
Two more weeks to June holidays! I am looking forward to our trip to Phuket, Thailand.

My Favourite Insect
This week, I have to write about my favourite insect for homework.
My favourite insect is the praying mantis. A praying mantis is green so it can camouflage itself in the grass. A praying mantis is a carnivore. It eats lizards, small tree frogs and snakes. When they mate the female eats the male. Once, I caught a praying mantis but my mother did not allow me to keep it as a pet.

My Favourite Zoo animal
My favourite zoo animal is a polar bear. Polar bears stay in the arctic where it is very cold. They have thick white fur on their body to keep them warm. In the Singapore zoo where the weather is very hot they stay in the air conditioned dens to keep cool. They are endangered because they are hunted by human beings.
Singapore Flyer
Last Saturday our family went on the Singapore Flyer. It was National Day so the children flew for free. Papa also flew for free because it was his birthday month.
Singapore Flyer is the largest fairy’s wheel in the world. The capsule was air conditioned so it was comfortable for me. The view was breathtaking. We saw the Marina barrage and many sky scrapers. We took a lot of photo.
After the ride, we went to the rainforest garden. We fed the fish. We played some games at the carnival. Then we went for lunch before heading home. It was an eventful day.
